Flow cytometry analysis of CD23 expression by Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with CD23 Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab180138) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306).
