Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138058) was tested by ELISA. The plate was coated with 1.0 μg/mL mouse IgG (Ab170221). Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody was biotinylated then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/10000 dilution for this ELISA.

Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138058) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 1.0 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody was biotinylated then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/10000 dilution for this ELISA.
For the batch tested, Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138058) showed a cross-reactivity with Human IgG when the dilution ratio of Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody is less than 1/64000.
