PD1 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab178778) - Flow Cytometry
MOLT-4 cells treated with 500 ng/mL Ionomycin and 10 ng/mL Phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA) for 24 hours (right panel) are stained with PD1 Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab178778) (red) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated MOLT-4 cells were used as control (left panel).
