Recombinant EGFR Antibody (Biotin) (Ab176025) - Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry analysis of EGFR expression by A431 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with Recombinant EGFR Antibody (Biotin) (Ab176025) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
