Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (Ab137858) was tested by ELISA. The plate was coated with 0.5 μg/mL Human IgG (Ab170213). Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody was biotinylated then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/40000 dilution for this ELISA.

Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (Ab137858) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 0.5 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody was biotinylated then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Streptavidin-HRP (np156148) was used at 1/40000 dilution for this ELISA.
For the batch tested, Goat Anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody (Ab137858) showed a high cross-reactivity with Rabbit IgG and a low cross-reactivity with Mouse IgG.
