Recombinant EpCAM Antibody (Ab101839) - IHC
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of human uterus tissue labelling EpCAM with Recombinant EpCAM Antibody (Ab101839) at 1/3200. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0.

Overlay histogram showing HCT-116 cells stained with Recombinant EpCAM Antibody (Ab101839) (Red). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 15 min. The cells were then incubated in the Recombinant EpCAM Antibody (Ab101839) ( 1/800 dilution) in 1x PBS/1% BSA for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody was used a Goat Anti-Rabbit AF488 (IgG H+L) at 1/2000 dilution for 20 min at room temperature. Unlabeled sample (Black) was used as a control.

EpCAM was immunoprecipitated from 0.4 mg of HT-29 whole cell lysate with Recombinant EpCAM Antibody (Ab101839) at 1/50 dilution.

Recombinant EpCAM Antibody (Ab101839) - IF
IF analysis of EpCAM (green) in HT-29 cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Recombinant EpCAM Antibody (Ab101839) at 1/1000 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (LumiDye™ Blue 515) (Ab220504) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
