Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF405) (Ab138202) - ICC/IF
IF analysis of HeLa cells labeling PABPN1 with purified PABPN1 Rabbit mAb (Ab119979) at 1/200 dilution. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were counterstained with beta Actin Mouse mAb (Ab155822) at 1/500 dilution - Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (AF488) 1/1000. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF405) (Ab138202) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/500 dilution. Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
