生化机理	Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response. Mouse IgG1 is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains, and it is involved in opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. It is also involved in the regulation of immune responses, including the activation of T cells and the inhibition of B cell activation. Mouse IgG1 is widely used in research and diagnostic applications, including ELISA, Western blotting, and immunohistochemistry. It is also used in therapeutic applications, such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.

Flow Cytometry analysis of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells labelling CD40 (Red) with CD40 Mouse mAb (Ab094768) conjugated with biotin at 2.0 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C, compared to concentration matched Mouse IgG1-kappa, anti-E8L (Ab213557) (Blue) conjugated with biotin. Detected with SA-PE (rp156150).

IF analysis of HeLa cells using beta Tubulin Mouse mAb (Ab179922) (Green) compared to concentration matched Mouse IgG1-kappa, anti-E8L (Ab213557). The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. A Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (FITC) (Ab179003) was used at a dilution of 1/1000. Cells were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.
