Flow cytometry analysis of CD138/Syndecan-1 expression by U266 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD138/Syndecan-1 Mouse mAb (APC) (Ab184642) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (APC) (Ab180309). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
