Flow cytometry analysis of CD235a expression by K562 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD235a Mouse mAb (FITC) (Ab179692) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (FITC) (Ab180307). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
