Flow Cytometry analysis of A431 cells labelling GRP78 BiP (red) with GRP78 BiP Mouse mAb (Ab106528) at 0.1 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (PE) (Ab179006) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
