Flow cytometry analysis of CD3 expression by human peripheral blood cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with Recombinant CD3 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab214229) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Left panel - Mouse IgG (Biotin) (Ab180306).
