生化机理	Receptor for the CX3C chemokine fractalkine and mediates both its adhesive and migratory functions. Acts as coreceptor with CD4 for HIV-1 virus envelope protein (in vitro). Isoform 2 and isoform 3 seem to be more potent HIV-1 coreceptors than isoform 1.

Recombinant CX3CR1 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213894) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CX3CR1 expression on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were stained with CD11b Rat mAb (APC) (Ab178881) and either Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant CX3CR1 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213894; Right panel) at 0.1μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
