Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD16/CD32 expression on C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant CD16/CD32 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213312; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
