C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab191667) and either Rat IgG (AF647) (Ab190071; Left panel) or Recombinant CD16/CD32 Antibody (AF647) (Ab213310; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test.
