Goat Anti-Human IgG (AF405) (Ab181959) - IF
IF analysis of EGFR (blue) in A431 cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with Serclutamab (anti-EGFR) (Ab182867) at 1/1500 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Human IgG (AF405) (Ab181959) at a dilution of 1/500 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (blue). PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. Cells were counterstained with PI (red). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Blue - Isotype control, Human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.

Blue - Isotype control, Human IgG (Ab170213). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
