Goat Anti-Human IgG Antibody (Ab170447) was tested by ELISA. The plate was coated with different amounts of human IgG (Ab170213) (3-fold started from 1000 ng/mL. Goat Anti-Human IgG Antibody (Ab170447) was then added at a series of different dilution ratios. Rabbit-Anti-Goat IgG H&L HRP (Ab141534) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody.

Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Human IgG Antibody (Ab170447) was tested by ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG standards at 1 µg/mL and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h at RT. Goat Anti-Human IgG Antibody was then added at different dilution ratio followed by incubation for 1h. Rabbit-Anti-Goat IgG H&L HRP (Ab141534) was used at 1/10000 dilution as the secondary antibody.
For the batch tested, Goat Anti-Human IgG Antibody (Ab170447) showed a cross-reactivity with rabbit IgG when the dilution ratio of Rabbit anti-mouse IgG antibody is less than 1/8000.
