A serial dilution of Goat Anti-Human IgG (Biotin) (Ab175832) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
Goat Anti-Human IgG (Biotin) (Ab175832) - ELISA
Cross-reactivity of Goat Anti-Human IgG (Biotin) (Ab175832) was tested by direct ELISA. The wells were coated with the indicated IgG at 0.5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) and incubated overnight at 4℃, followed by a 2% BSA blocking step for 2h. Goat Anti-Human IgG (Biotin) (Ab175832) at 1/10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.
