IF analysis of COX IV (green) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed and permeabilized with 100% methanol for 5 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) at 1/500 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF488) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue). Images were taken on the confocal laser scanning microscope.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) analysis of liver tissue labelling COX IV with Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) at 1/200. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed using Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0.

Overlay histogram showing HeLa cells stained with Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410)(Red). The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min) and then permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100 for 15 min. The cells were then incubated in Recombinant COX IV Antibody (Ab097410) (1/1000 dilution) in 1x PBS/1% BSA for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody was used a Goat Anti-Rabbit AF488 (IgG H+L) at 1/2000 dilution for 20 min at room temperature. Unlabelled sample (Black) was used as a control.
