CD38 Mouse mAb (Ab007182) - Flow Cytometry
Flow analysis of CD38 (red line) in Raji cells. Cells were stained with CD38 Mouse mAb (Ab007182) at 0.1 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (FITC) (Ab156254) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
