Flow cytometry analysis of CD8 alpha expression by mouse splenocytes cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab181175) at 0.05μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
