设定恒流 400 mA，<150 kDa 蛋白电转 30 min 可完全转印。
注：① PVDF 膜使用前需要使用无水甲醇浸润 30 s 以上。② 不同胶浓度不同转印蛋白大小转印时间需要摸索调整。
