新一代的阳离子聚合物转染试剂，具有高效率转染所必备特征，细胞毒性低。与其它转染试剂相比，本品很稳定，不被血清清除，使得基因转染的操作简便易行，重复性好。本产品已被成功应用于很多原代培养细胞和转化细胞株的基因转染，在国内实验室广泛使用。


特性

转染效率高,在有与没有血清存在的细胞培养基中均能获得高效率转染；

细胞毒性低适用于众多原代培养细胞/转化细胞株转染,瞬时/稳定转染,贴壁/悬浮细胞转染；

转染程序简单，转染实验可以在半小时内完成。


运输贮存

5.0mg/ml 溶液，请4℃保存，切勿冻存。

A new generation of cationic polymer transfection reagent, It has the characteristics of high transfection efficiency and low cytotoxicity. Compared with other transfection reagents, this product was more effective ® It is stable and can not be eliminated by serum, which makes gene transfection easy and repeatable.It has been successfully used in gene transfection of many primary cultured cells and transformed cell lines. It is widely used in domestic laboratories.


Characteristic

The transfection efficiency was high, and high transfection efficiency could be obtained in cell culture medium with or without serum;

Low cytotoxicity, suitable for many primary culture cells / transformed cell lines transfection, transient / stable transfection, adherent / suspension cell transfection;

The transfection procedure is simple, and the transfection experiment can be completed in half an hour.


Transportation and storage

5.0 mg/ml solution, please store at 4 ℃, do not freeze.
