CD86 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab185163) - Flow Cytometry
Flow cytometry analysis of CD86 expression by LPS-stimulated (1 day) C57BL/6 murine splenocytes (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD86 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab185163) at 0.2μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
