This reagent provides a simple and sensitive PCR detection system. The core reagent contains optimized buffer, dNTPs Mix, common Taq enzyme (Taq DNA polymerase) and Mg 2+ (final concentration 2mM) solution. Users only need to add appropriate primers and probes or fluorescent dyes to proceed. Fluorescence PCR detection.

Instructions

Please pay attention to mixing before use, and then prepare a 50μl PCR reaction solution of the reaction system according to the following components
