产品介绍	储存缓冲液：Ultrapure water 产品介绍：本dNTP /dUTP Mixture (2.5mM each/5mM)为dATP、dCTP、dGTP、 dTTP和dUTP的混合水溶液，其中dATP、dCTP、dGTP 、dTTP 的终浓度为2.5mM，dUTP的终浓度为5mM。本产品常用于Taq DNA聚合酶等酶参与的PCR、real-time PCR、RT-PCR，以及引物延伸、cDNA合成等。最常见的用途是和可以识别并切割dUTP掺入位点的UDG酶配合使用，以减少PCR扩增产物对环境的污染而造成的PCR扩增的假阳性。本产品可用于聚合酶家族A成员如Taq酶等参与的PCR扩增，也可用于Bst DNA Polymerase参与的等温扩增。有些可以使用dATP、dTTP、dGTP、dCTP的酶，并不一定可以使用dUTP，具体需要参考该酶的产品说明书或自行测试一下。通常dNTP/dUTP Mixture和尿嘧啶DNA糖苷酶(Uracil DNA Glycosylase ,UDG酶)联合使用，构建成dUTP/UDG酶防污染系统，其中UDG酶可以酶切去除之前含脱氧尿嘧啶(dU)的基因扩增产物可能对于后续基因扩增检测体系的污染，从而有效减少PCR、qPCR和等温扩增反应时的假阳性。本dNTP/dUTP Mixture用超纯水配制，并用高纯度NaOH溶液调节pH值至7.0-7.5。本产品不含DNase和RNase，可以用于各种常规的基因检测等分子生物学实验。注意事项：对于已经存在的不含dU的基因扩增产物的环境染物，UDG酶不能发挥作用。此时可以考虑重新设计引物选取其它扩增区域，并建立dUTP/UDG酶防污染系统，这样后续就可以有效减少由于基因扩增产物导致的环境污染而产生的假阳性了。可以室温溶解，溶解后宜存放于冰盒内或冰浴上，使用完毕后宜立即置于-20℃保存。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 This dNTP/dUTP Mixture (2.5mM each/5mM) is a mixed aqueous solution of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP and dUTP, where the concentration of dATP, dCTP and dGTP is 2.5mM and the concentration of dUTP is 5mM. This product is commonly used in PCR with Taq DNA polymerase, primer extension and cDNA synthesis. It is more commonly used in conjunction with the UDG enzyme that can recognize and excise deoxyuracil bases to prevent carryover contamination by PCR products from surroundings. This product can be used in PCR with polymerase family A members such as Taq, and also for isothermal amplification with Bst DNA Polymerase. Some enzymes that can use dATP, dTTP, dGTP, dCTP, may not be able to use dUTP. Please refer to manufacture’s instructions of a particular enzyme or make a test.Usually, this product and uracil DNA glycosylase (UDG enzyme) are used in conjunction to establish the dUTP/UDG anti-pollution system in which the UDG enzyme can enzymatically remove possible contamination from previous PCR products containing deoxyuracil (dU), thus effectively minimize cross-over contamination.This dNTP/dUTP Mixture is prepared with ultrapure water and the pH is titrated to 7.0-7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution.This product is free of DNase and RNase, can be directly used for different molecular biology applications. Precautions： The UDG enzyme does not work for cases that have been contaminated by dU-free PCR products. In this case, the primers can be redesigned to amplify other regions of target DNA. The dUTP/UDG anti-pollution system should be established to minimize cross-over contamination.This product can be thawed at room temperature.
