It is suitable for various conventional molecular biology reactions such as PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or ordinary DNA synthesis, primer extension reaction, DNA sequencing, DNA labeling, etc. This dNTP solution was prepared with ultrapure water and adjusted to pH 7.0-7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution, with a concentration of 2.5mM per solution. The concentrations of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP were all 2.5mmol/L. This dNTP solution does not contain DNase and RNase. This dNTP solution has been tested and can be directly used for various conventional molecular biology reactions such as PCR. matters needing attention: It can dissolve at room temperature and should be stored in an ice box or on an ice bath after dissolution.
