The 6×DNA/RNA Loading Buffer is a 6-fold concentrated solution, which should be diluted to a final concentration of 1× for use. Product Features: 1. This product contains two dyes—xylene cyanol and yellow dye—which facilitate the observation of electrophoresis progress and prevent DNA bands from running out of the gel. 2. Ready-to-use reagent. 3. Free of RNase activity. Usage Instructions: Mix 1 μl of the 6×RNA/DNA Loading Buffer with every 5 μl of sample, and then load the mixture directly onto the gel for electrophoresis.
