Red DNA上样缓冲液(DNA loading buffer, 6X)，是一种经过改良的以Red为染料的六倍浓缩的DNA上样缓冲液。常规的以溴酚蓝为指示剂的DNA缓冲液，由于溴酚蓝的电泳的位置与200-500bp的DNA的电泳位置相近，在EB染色观察200-500bpDNA时，溴酚蓝对这些DNA片段的观察有很强的干扰。特别是当这些小片段的量较少时，溴酚蓝甚至会把小片段DNA的信号全部遮盖掉。而Red的电泳位置在相当于20-50bp的DNA片段。这样就可以完全消除染料对小片段DNA观察时的干扰。Red DNA上样缓冲液的颜色为鲜艳的红色，与DNA胶的对比非常鲜明，利于观察。本DNA上样缓冲液经过适当改良，可以室温长期保存。 注意事项： 由于DNA的电泳操作会接触强致癌性的溴化乙锭(EB)，因而Red DNA上样缓冲液在长期使用的过程中极易污染溴化乙锭，因此操作的时候请注意适当防护。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。使用说明： 1.按照每5微升DNA样品加入1微升Red DNA上样缓冲液的比例，混合DNA样品和DNA上样缓冲液(6X)。直接加到DNA胶内即可。2.通常染料电泳至DNA胶的底端处附近即可停止电泳。Red DNA Loading B (6X) is a conventional concentrated DNA loading buffer with appropriate modifications, employing Red as an indicator. Bromophenol blue migrates at 200-500bp, which interferes with the observation of 200-500bp DNA fragments. However, Red migrates at position of 20-50bp, which completely solves the problem introduced by bromophenol blue.The color of this product is bright red, which is convenient to observe on gels.This product has been improved and is stable at room temperature for a long period of time. Precautions： When using ethidium bromide (EB) gels for DNA electrophoresis, this product should be handled with care to avoid contamination by EB.This product is for R&D only. Not for drug, household, or other uses.For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during the operation. Instructions for Use： 1.Mix DNA sample and Red DNA loading buffer (6X) at a ratio of 1:5. Mix well and load the mix onto gels. For example, add 1µl of Red DNA Loading Buffer (6X) per 5µl of DNA sample.2.Stop electrophoresis when the dye reaches the bottom of the gel. |
