Flow cytometry analysis of CD243/MDR1 expression by HepG2 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD243/MDR1 Mouse mAb (AF647) (Ab211169) at 0.3 μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG (AF647) (Ab190077). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
