Flow cytometry analysis of SIRP alpha/CD172a expression by C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with SIRP alpha/CD172a Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab191788) at 0.2μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
