SIRP alpha/CD172a Rat mAb (Ab127636) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of SIRP alpha/CD172a expression on mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were stained with CD11b Rat mAb (APC) (Ab178881) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or SIRP alpha/CD172a Rat mAb (Ab127636; Right panel) at 0.5 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD11b versus SIRP alpha/CD172a (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
