Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of EpCAM/CD326 expression on live mouse thymocytes. C57BL/6 mouse thymocytes were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab190208), CD4 Rat mAb (PE) (Ab181111) and either Rat IgG (AF700) (Ab190242; Left panel) or EpCAM/CD326 Rat mAb (AF700) (Ab191763; Right panel) at 0.3 μg/test. A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD326 (EpCAM) expression (or Isotype control staining) was derived from CD4- gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable thymocytes.
