EpCAM/CD326 Rat mAb (Ab101835) - Flow Cytometry
Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of EpCAM/CD326 expression on live mouse thymocytes. BALB/c mouse thymocytes were stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (APC) (Ab190214), CD4 Rat mAb (FITC) (Ab181110) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or EpCAM/CD326 Rat mAb (Ab101835; Right panel) at 5.0 μg/mL. A bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated expression of CD326 (EpCAM) expression (or Isotype control staining) was derived from CD4- gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable thymocytes.
