Flow cytometry analysis of CD8 alpha expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with CD8 alpha Rat mAb (PE-Cy5) (Ab190210) at 0.2μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
