CD200/OX2 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab190188) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of CD200/OX2 expression on C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 Mouse splenocytes cells were stained with CD45R Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab191663) and either Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or CD200/OX2 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab190188; Right panel) at 0.3μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
