Flow cytometry analysis of CD3 expression by C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were preincubated with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (A412018). The cells were then stained with Rat mAb (PE) (Ab185407) at 1.0μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
