Flow cytometry analysis of IL3RA/CD123 expression by Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (right panel) compared to an isotype control (left panel). Cells were stained with IL3RA/CD123 Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab181964) at 0.1μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C.
