Human A431 cell was fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde (10 min), permeabilised with 0.1% BSA-Triton X-100, then stained with 20 µg/mL GBP4 Antibody (Ab104956) (red histogram) or Isotype control antibody (green histogram), followed by 1 µg/mL FITC-conjugated Anti-rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody.

IF analysis of GBP4 Antibody (Ab104956) in HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% PFA for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes and then blocked with 5% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were stained with GBP4 Antibody (Ab104956) at 1/200 dilution in blocking buffer overnight at 4°C, and then incubated with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (AF647) (Ab181958) at a dilution of 1/1000 for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark (red). Cells were counterstained with DAPI (blue).
