Sandwich ELISA - S100B protein standard curve
S100B protein was serially diluted 3-fold and captured by S100B Mouse mAb (Ab008408) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (W291037). S100B Mouse mAb (Ab008407) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (np156148).
Sensitivity: 30.3 pg/mL
Range: 0.1 ng/mL - 3.2 ng/mL

3 μg/lane of S100B Mouse mAb (Ab008407) was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining, showing the band at 26.0 kDa (Light Chain) & 54.2 kDa (Heavy Chain) under reducing conditions and 178.7 kDa under non-reducing conditions.
