Flow cytometry analysis of EpCAM/CD326 expression by MCF-7 cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with EpCAM/CD326 Mouse mAb (APC) (Ab178864) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (APC) (Ab180309). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
