Product Description
Product Introduction:
In Western Blot experiments, in order to prevent non-specific adsorption between the imprinting membrane and protein components in the detection system (such as antibodies IgG, etc.), which may lead to unclear experimental results, it is usually necessary to block the non-specific binding sites on the imprinting membrane before incubating with primary antibodies. This product is based on BSA and combined with other active ingredients to quickly and efficiently seal excess binding sites on the membrane, reducing the occurrence of non-specific binding and lowering the background. It is suitable for sealing various transfer films and is easy and fast to operate. In addition, this product has specially added protein stabilizers to ensure stable and reliable sealing effects in each experiment.
Precautions:
1. During each use, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing solution completely submerges the imprinting film to avoid affecting the sealing effect. 2. This product contains preservatives, please wear gloves for protection during operation. 3. This product is only used for scientific research and cannot be used for human experiments or treatments.
Instructions for Use:
1. This product does not require dilution and can be used immediately after opening the lid. 2. After the transfer of the target protein is completed, place the imprinting membrane into a container and add an appropriate amount of BSA Blocking Buffer (preferably to completely cover the imprinting membrane). 3. Incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes to 2 hours, and if necessary, incubate overnight at 2-8 ℃. 4. After the closure is completed, discard the BSA Blocking Buffer and perform subsequent Western Blot operations.
