储存缓冲液： Ultrapure water 产品介绍： dITP，即2'-deoxy-inosine-5'-triphosphate，中文名为脱氧肌苷三磷酸。本产品适用于Taq DNA聚合酶等酶参与的相关的PCR、real-time PCR、RT-PCR、cDNA合成、以及引物延伸、SNP基因分型等。dITP通常不适用于具有校正（proofreading）功能的DNA聚合酶进行的PCR反应。dITP不能完全替换dNTP中的dGTP，否则将会显著抑制PCR扩增反应，PCR反应过程中推荐使用10%dITP来代替dGTP。如高保真DNA聚合酶所进行的相关PCR反应使用dNTP/dITP Mixture (2.5mM each + 0.25mM dITP)。dITP的分子式为C10H12N4O13P3Na3，分子量为558.11 (酸形式的分子量为492.1)。本dITP溶液用超纯水配制，并用高纯度NaOH溶液调节pH值至约7.0-7.5，浓度为100mM，即100mmol/L。本dITP溶液不含DNase、RNase、phosphatase和蛋白酶，可以用于各种常规的分子生物学实验。 注意事项： 可以室温溶解，溶解后宜存放于冰盒内或冰浴上，使用完毕后宜立即置于-20℃保存。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。
dITP, 2'-deoxy-inosine-5'-triphosphate, can be used in PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, as well as primer extension and SNP genotyping with Taq DNA polymerase. It is generally not used in PCR with proofreading DNA polymerase.dITP cannot replace dGTP completely in PCR mix. Otherwise, DNA amplification will be inhibited significantly. It is recommended to replace10% dGTP by dITP in PCR mix. For example, dNTP/dITP Mixture (2.5mM each + 0.25mM dITP) can be used in PCR with high fidelity DNA polymerase .The molecular formula of dITP is C10H12N4O13P3Na3 with a molecular weight of 558.11 (492.1 in acid form).This dITP solution is prepared with ultrapure water to a concentration of 100mM. The pH is titrated to 7.0-7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution.This product is free of DNase, RNase, phosphatase and protease, and can be directly used for different molecular biology applications.
