产品介绍	储存缓冲液： Ultrapure water dGTP即2’-deoxyguanosine5’-triphosphate，中文名为脱氧鸟苷三磷酸，常用于PCR、real-time PCR、RT-PCR、cDNA或普通DNA合成、引物延伸反应、DNA测序、DNA标记等各种常规分子生物学反应。dGTP的分子式为C10H13N5O13P3Na3，分子量为573.2（酸形式的分子量为507.2）。dGTP的最大吸收波长为253nm。本dGTP溶液用超纯水配制，并用高纯度NaOH溶液调节pH值至7.5，浓度为100mM，即100mmol/L。本dGTP溶液不含DNase和RNase。本dGTP溶液经测试，可以直接用于PCR等各种常规分子生物学反应。注意事项：可以室温溶解，溶解后宜存放于冰盒内或冰浴上，使用完毕后宜立即置于-20℃保存。本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用，不得用于临床诊断或治疗，不得用于食品或药品，不得存放于普通住宅内。为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 dGTP, 2'-deoxyguanosine 5'-triphosphate, is commonly used in PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or DNA synthesis, primer extension reaction, DNA sequencing, and other conventional molecular biology applications.The molecular formula of dGTP is C10H13N5O13P3Na3 with a molecular weight of 573.2 (507.2 in acid form). Its maximum absorption wavelength is 253nm. This dGTP solution is prepared with ultrapure water to a concentration of 100mM. The pH is titrated to 7.5 with high-purity NaOH solution. This product is free of DNase and RNase. This product can be directly used for various conventional molecular biology applications such as PCR.
