The MOLT-4 whole cell was prepared using a standard whole cell lysate protocol. The concentration was determined using the BCA assay process. MOLT-4 cells are lymphoblast-like in morphology and are used for studies of apoptosis, tumor cytotoxicity, tumorigenicity, as well as for anti tumour testing. |
