遇光变暗。易溶于乙醇、氯仿,溶于水、乙醚、苯,不溶于石油醚;溶解度:45g/L (20°C)、1g/220ml 乙醚、1g/100ml 苯。pK(20℃)=12.35,pH值5.9。因其氮原子在侧链上是酰胺结构,故不呈碱性。 Colchicine, a tubulin Inhibitor, has been shown to block polymerization of microtubules by binding to tubulin. Studies indicate that this reagent also causes apoptosis of cells by acting on tissue plasminogen activators (tPA) and disrupting the cytoskeleton of cells. Exposure of cells to Colchicine has also been reported to result in alterations of Ca2+ concentrations in cells which may also result in apoptosis. |
