生化机理 转谷氨酰胺酶抑制剂。减轻3-硝基丙酸在亨廷顿氏病(HD)纹状体细胞中诱导的细胞死亡。还减少了转染细胞中聚集和交联的亨廷顿蛋白,并增加了BDNF的大脑水平。显示可延长转基因HD小鼠的存活率并改善其运动能力。具有神经保护作用。
