Two-color flow cytometric analysis of F4/80 expression on C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were stained with CD11b Rat mAb (APC) (Ab178881) and either Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213900; Right panel) at 0.2μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.

Flow cytometry analysis of F4/80 expression by C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (Biotin) (Ab213900) at 0.1 μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue – Rat IgG (Biotin) (Ab180310). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
