Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (Ab211675) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of F4/80 expression on mouse bone marrow cells. C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells were stained with CD11b Rat mAb (APC) (Ab178881) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant F4/80 Antibody (Ab211675; Right panel) at 0.2 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD11b versus F4/80 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
