Con A-stimulated (2 days) C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes (right panel) stained with CD25 Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab211659) (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Blue - Rat IgG (AF647) (Ab190071). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes were used as control (left panel).
